The land plot where the construction of the complex is planned is located in Kirova Avenue, the area close to the city centre.

14 floor cascade building will functionally combine into a single architectural complex the existing administrative building (first construction stage is 5 000 sq m) with the new business centre. The two buildings will be connected with suspension passages on the level of the 3rd and 4th floors.

The land plot where the construction of the logistic centre is planned is located in village Balovka, Dnipropetrovsk region within 15 km from the boundaries of Dnipropetrovsk.

The centre will be located along the roadbed of Poltava highway with the intensive traffic in the following directions:

  • regional direction to Poltava;
  • regional directions of major traffic arteries:
    • Donetsk (Donetsk region) - Kyiv;
    • Dnipropetrovsk (Dnipropetrovsk region) - Kyiv;
    • Kharkiv (Kharkiv region) – Kyiv;
  • connection to international traffic corridor Europe-Asia.

The land plot total area is about 8 ha.

Integrated approach to client service includes conceptual logistic solutions, cargo handling and storage, forwarding and shipment services.

The construction is planned in 2009-2011.

Logistic Centre in Kyiv
Darnitsa area (middle zone)

Currently the development concept for the area with the total area of 2 ha located in one of industrial areas of left bank in Kyiv is being created.

One of the development possibilities is the construction of a full service logistic centre with warehouses and administrative buildings.
